This global day of giving has turned into one of the Land Trust’s most important fundraising events. Our goal is to reach at least 250 supporters that want to help Siskiyou land Trust and our community. Will you say “yes” to caring for the land, community, and Siskiyou Land Trust?
Thank you for being part of this community and thank you for making a positive difference in this world.
Leave a Legacy for Nature
Your generous major gifts are more than just contributions; they are powerful investments in the future of our planet. By giving at this level, you are directly preserving the breathtaking landscapes and vital habitats that define our community. Imagine future generations exploring these pristine areas, marveling at the beauty and biodiversity that you helped protect.
Every major gift is a testament to your commitment to conservation and your belief in the importance of safeguarding our natural heritage. Together, we can create a legacy that resonates far beyond our time—a legacy where the wonders of nature continue to inspire and enrich lives for years to come.
Join us in this crucial endeavor. Your support today can ignite a wave of change that will protect our cherished lands and ensure they remain a sanctuary for wildlife and a source of joy for all who visit. Let’s work together to make a lasting impact!
SLT Donor, Friend, and Butterfly Nature Walk guide, Caitlin Bean, shares why she chose to leave her estate to SLT:
“I have been looking for an organization aligned with my values to leave my estate to for years. Specifically, I wanted to support an organization that I knew would apply the funds to local biological conservation. Like so many of us, one of the reasons that I live here is because Siskiyou County has such unsurpassed natural beauty, so my primary goal was to support an organization that I knew would invest it in protecting the local landscape.
You can’t imagine my delight when, this summer, as a volunteer, I got to know some of the staff at The Siskiyou Land Trust and had an opportunity to go out to the Luginbuhl Ranch. It was then that I knew that I had found the organization I had been looking for! I am absolutely delighted to leave my estate to The Siskiyou Land Trust. I can think of no better organization to meet my goals!”
