The Siskiyou Land Trust is hosting an evening of live music, dining, dancing and summer cheer at the Mt. Shasta Lavender Farms on Saturday, June 27th at 6pm.
Come celebrate the beautiful lavender fields and spectacular views of Mt. Shasta and Shasta Valley while enjoying the live music of Blue Relish, delicious food from Lily’s Restaurant in Mt. Shasta, delectable desserts from Cafe Maddalena in Dunsmuir, a wine and beer no-host bar and a chance to win a 50/50 raffle.
It promises to be a magical evening at a breathtaking venue that boasts one of the largest lavender fields in the United States. Guests will be welcome to stroll the lavender labyrinth and fields where couples can select 100 complimentary lavender stems to take home.
This will be the only time all summer the Mt. Shasta Lavender Farms will be open to the public, since they are otherwise closed this year to replant certain lavender fields, so don’t miss this special opportunity to visit.
Tickets are $60. per person. Ticket sales are limited since the event sold out last year, and need to be reserved in advance by calling SLT Board Chairman Sam Baxter at 530-925-9077.
All proceeds benefit the Siskiyou Land Trust, a local non-profit organization that has long worked with willing landowners to preserve and protect agricultural lands, scenic viewsheds, wetlands, forests, wildlife habitat, trail corridors and open space in Siskiyou County.
