The Siskiyou Land Trust is hosting an evening of live music, outdoor dining, dancing and summer cheer at the Shasta Starr Ranch in Mt. Shasta on Friday, June 17th at 6pm.

Come celebrate the upcoming summer solstice while enjoying live music by Blue Relish, delicious food from Olivera’s catering, delectable desserts from Cafe Maddalena, a wine and beer no-host bar, and a chance to win a 50/50 raffle.

It promises to be a magical evening on the terraced green lawns of an iconic venue built in 1928 that boasts a rich history of race horses and an impressively scenic and sweeping view of Mt. Shasta.

Tickets are $60. per person and are limited since the event has sold out in the past. They must be purchased in advance at Village Books in Mt. Shasta, online at our secure donation page, or by calling Siskiyou Land Trust office at (530) 926-2259.

The food will be fabulous and abundant, with plenty of options for all dietary styles (* = a vegetarian dish).  Olivera’s Catering has provided this menu, though more may be added as the event approaches:

In addition, the wine and beer no-host bar will offer excellent brews and vintages, while Café Maddelena will provide gourmet desserts!

Shasta Starr Ranch (formerly known as Mt. Shasta Ranch ) is located at 1008 W.A.Barr Road in Mt. Shasta, CA. Parking will be at the adjacent Evangelical Free Church at 1030 W.A.Barr Road.

All proceeds benefit the Siskiyou Land Trust, a local non-profit organization that works with willing landowners to preserve and protect agricultural lands, scenic viewsheds, wetlands, forests, wildlife habitat, trail corridors and open space in Siskiyou County.
