The January Slideshow at the Sisson Museum will feature Janet Zalewski and Linda Richter as they share the story of their 2013 pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain.
The Camino de Santiago traces an ancient Roman trade route through northern Spain, later made famous by the legendary discovery of the remains of Saint James the Apostle near the western coast at Santiago de Compostella.
Over many centuries, millions of pilgrims, for thousands of reasons, have made the 490 mile journey across Spain to the Cathedral at Compostela to bid homage.
Join us for photos and discussion at 7:00 pm Wednesday, Jan. 8 at the Sisson Museum in Mt. Shasta. A $5 suggested donation is a fundraiser for SLT.
