Handing Over the Reins
Siskiyou Land Trust extends deep thanks and warm wishes for our outgoing ED, Renee Casterline, Renee has been with us for seven great years wearing many hats as she stepped up to support the land trusts evolution. We are so thankful for her efforts of supporting the land trust and helping us become the fantastic organization we are today. Friday Sept. 30th is officially her last day, and we’re sending her off with a Garden gathering in her honor.

Join us on Friday, Sept. 30th at the Land Trust garden in Mt. Shasta to thank and honor Renee for her tireless enthusiasm and meaningful contributions to all things Siskiyou Land Trust and community.

Please join Siskiyou Land Trust in extending a warm welcome to Kathleen Hitt as she takes the reins as our new Executive Director!  Kathleen has been the heart and soul of the Land Trust’s conservation vision and growth for nearly thirteen years, and is excited to step into this leadership role as this local non-profit grows into ints full potential.  She’s looking forward to getting together in person to share our inspiring work out on the land, and is focused on nurturing a network of support as we plan for Siskiyou Land Trust’s longevity and long-term success.  Stay tuned for more!
