Siskiyou Land Trust is thrilled to welcome Peter Townley and Kristin Davis to the land trust staff!Stewardship Manager Peter Townley
Peter joined us in August to fill a much needed Stewardship Manager position. As Siskiyou Land Trust grows, so too do our responsibilities to manage our conservation properties and easements. Peter brings an extensive background in conservation and stewardship to this new position, including time spent working with State, Federal, and nonprofit organizations on public and private land management and restoration. He grew up in Siskiyou County, and we’re glad that life brought him home to share his expertise with us!
Grants and Administrative Coordinator Kristin Davis
Kristin joined Siskiyou Land Trust in September as our Grants and Administrative Coordinator. Like stewardship, as our successes grow so too does our responsibility to manage many grant contracts, coordinate with our conservation partners for invoicing and to make sure our internal systems are capable of handling the tides of incoming and outgoing reporting. Kristin brings a solid background in administrative management and support, and we are confident she’ll woop our record keeping and office into shape in no time. We’re also glad she has HR experience as we wonder how many more staff we’ll need in the near future to do all this great work!
