Kangaroos and Tasi2: Western Australia and Tasmania
Since September, wildfire blazes in Australia have killed at least 30 people, destroyed over 2,000 homes and burnt through 10 million hectares of land – an area almost the size of England. The toll on wildlife has been disastrous.
Join Linda Roddy and Mike Hupp to help rescue the animals hurt by the fires. These animals are running for their lives, with no access to food or shelter. And enjoy Mike’s incredible photos from their recent travels in western Australia and Tasmania. The show is more than a repeat of the January 2020 SLT slideshow, expanded with details on the wildfires and impact on animals.
